i know i've been boring people with a lot of talk on philosophy and mindfulness. these things sound hard-to-digest for those caught up in a cycle of busy-ness and to-do-lists. but what if i tell you you can feel calmer. you'll have clarity. you'll feel happy. you don't need to read books or meditate. all you have to do is think less. stop dwelling over what you couldn't do and where you should be. give your whole to what you are doing right now. give it a try!

Those of you who are very close to me know how confused i have been over the past few months. i felt stuck. i hit the dip. today i feel i'm out of it. 

between the battle of the mind and the heart, the most common suggestion is to balance it. that answer never sat so well with me. partly because i am simple minded. if it's the heart, i will go for it. if it's the head, i will go for it. but mixing the two is something i have to battle with. However, now i acknowledge that whichever is the winner, it is a part of me in the end. and there's no loser in this field. 

I admire you who has followed your heart all along. That act takes courage and resilience. Especially when every single person has a different opinion about what you should do. These people, as much as they care for you, give you a subjective opinion based on what they wish they could have done. So the next time you ask others for suggestions, don't take it seriously! Keep an open heart and a clear head.
